We are pleased to announce that you are now able to book a second room for 50% off automatically in Quest for Agents without having to call into the AEV Reservations team. All you need to do is request two rooms in the Trip Planner page and the family rooms (AXPFML) will be returned to you.
Destination Family can be booked in Quest for Agents or through AEV Reservations (800) 963-2639.
Quest for Agents (once you are in the Trip Work Area of a participating hotel)
- Select Add On link next to the hotel
- Select the American Express Family Travel tracking line (each of the hotel’s value adds are identified as ‘Axpfml’)
- Select any or all 'Axpfml' lines that apply for your client
- Upon selection of each, click on the ‘Add to Trip’ button
