American Express Vacations has a dedicated team of Group Specialists to assist you in booking Group travel. To be considered a Group, a minimum of ten hotel rooms must be booked. When an American Express Vacations Group Specialist quotes Group air/land rates, they include the following: airfare, U.S. departure taxes, hotel accommodations, taxes, maid/bellman gratuities, transfers (if applicable) and any Group amenities to which the Group may be entitled. A minimum deposit of $150 per person is required for all group packages. American Express Vacations cannot block space until the deposit and signed contract are received from the American Express travel counselor.
